Childhood Dream Come True: A Treehouse, Skate Bowl And A Wood Fired Soaking Tub

You might think a tree-house is the child dream you never accomplished. With all your strength, savings, that dream can become reality, fast!  The self-built tree-house we’re featuring in the pictures is amazing. In the Spring of 2014 a small group of close friends broke ground on a building project in Skamania County, Washington in the Columbia River Gorge. The building processed is all detailed in a book you can get. But as you can see from the images, the process of raising the structure in a superb environment will go just fine. The Cinder Cone is Foster Huntington’s short film that documents this year-long process of building his dream home with this community of tight knit friends.
